New Malden loft Conversion
As one of our smaller projects for 2021, we completed a hip to gable loft conversion, creating two new loft bedrooms and one en-suite bathroom. This project also involved boiler replacement, new electrics, flooring, internal doors and decorating.
Sanderstead - full width Rear Extension and Ground Floor Refurb
This project comprised of a full width ground floor rear extension, creating a new extra-large open plan kitchen, dining and living space, with a bespoke Venetian plastered media wall, separate utility room and downstairs shower room.
Stoneleigh - Wrap Round Extension And Full Internal Refurb
This was a full internal refurb project with the aim of creating the perfect family home for our clients. Finished to a high specification with an eye for design, we completed a full width ground floor wrap around extension, creating a new large open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a beautiful bespoke oriel window overlooking the garden.

From start to finish, I have been informed of every stage of the build, kept to the budget and been really helpful in helping me choose radiators, tiles and flooring. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They have been an absolute delight to have in the house and have been tidy polite and funny. They have taken my ideas and have created an outstanding living area. Visitors and friends are amazed how much space there is.
Special touches such as a bespoke boiler cupboard and Adam’s fantastic lighting have created a wonderful beautiful room.
