Sanderstead – full width Rear Extension and Ground Floor Refurb

This project comprised of a full width ground floor rear extension, creating a new extra-large open plan kitchen, dining and living space, with a bespoke Venetian plastered media wall, separate utility room and downstairs shower room. We also added underfloor heating, new internal doors, created a bespoke kitchen mantle to seamlessly match the new shaker style kitchen design and landscaped the multi-level back garden to create an inviting outdoor space for the whole family.

Surbiton – ground floor extension and internal refurb

Starting on the ground floor of this project, we created one large open plan space with pocket sliding doors to allow for separation of the cosy living area and the newly created open plan kitchen/ dining area when preferred. In the extension we reconfigured and fit a new boiler system, installed a brand new shaker style kitchen, laid underfloor heating, created bespoke alcove shelving units and cupboards, and created a seamless indoor, outdoor experience by extending the same wood effect floor tiling through to the garden. Upstairs, we renovated the family bathroom and the loft en-suite to create two fresh and complimentary modern design bathrooms.

Epsom Bungalow Extension & Full Refurb

Full rip out, extending the floor plan creating beautiful open plan living, and enhancing the master bedroom with an additional bathroom and walk in wardrobe.

Underfloor Heating throughout, controlled wirelessly. New Sandstone Patio, Artificial Grass, and Granite Sett Driveway. Facade of the property finished with K-Rend silicone coloured render. This standout smart home has been finished to a high specification, with beautiful modern finishes, with practicality and style in mind.

Stoneleigh – Wrap Round Extension And Full Internal Refurb

This was a full internal refurb project with the aim of creating the perfect family home for our clients. Finished to a high specification with an eye for design, we completed a full width ground floor wrap around extension, creating a new large open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a beautiful bespoke oriel window overlooking the garden. In addition, we completed a full electric re-wire to the property, fit new flooring and doors throughout, added underfloor heating, reconfigured the master bedroom to create a walk-in wardrobe and en suite, renovated the family bathroom and redecorated throughout.

Banstead – Bathroom Refurb

One of our 2022 standalone bathroom projects saw us take an old bathroom and separate WC and transform it into a beautifully designed family bathroom. With a walk-in shower, semi-freestanding bath, luxury tiling and matching tap ware, this bathroom is both fully-functional for the entire family and uber stylish.

New Malden loft Conversion

As one of our smaller projects for 2021, we completed a hip to gable loft conversion, creating two new loft bedrooms and one en-suite bathroom. This project also involved boiler replacement, new electrics, flooring, internal doors and decorating.

Wimbledon Loft Conversion

We created a large double bedroom with living area and en-suite bathroom. We fitted 2 Velux windows, large bifold doors and an air conditioning unit, to make this top floor a perfect getaway for the parents of this busy household.

We worked with TLC Glazing, Velux, Evans & Sons (Air Conditioning), Howdens, Maloneys, Alloway Timber, Surrey Steels and SIG Roofing.

Sutton Garage Conversion

Increasing the size of the customers kitchen, gaining them an L shaped open plan kitchen diner. We worked with Howdens, UK flooring Direct and PT Frames on this project.
