Extensions
A great way to add space and value to your home, increasing the living space, or adding extra rooms for your growing family. Some extensions don’t require planning permission and are minimally invasive to your current property. Whether it’s enhancing the kitchen, creating an open plan environment, or adding bedrooms and an additional bathroom, the possibilities are endless with an extension, and much more cost effective compared to moving house altogether.
Loft Conversions
Another great way to add space and value, but this time, going up rather than out. There are many different types of loft conversion to suit all properties. The most traditional route is to add a bedroom and en-suite bathroom with direct access through a new fixed staircase. Some larger lofts can even fit a walk-in wardrobe or office alongside the bedroom and bathroom. Loft conversions can sometimes come with nice views, being high up in the property, and lots of natural light
Full Property Refurbishment
If you’ve bought an old property that needs some TLC, or haven’t had a chance to renovate in a while, then we have every aspect covered. We can refurbish all or parts of your home, from design to decoration. Utilising our contacts in the industry, we’re able to pass on some amazing trade discounts to our customers.
Kitchen & Bathroom Design and Re-modelling
Most kitchens and bathrooms have a 10-15 year lifespan, due to general wear and tear, and the high usage rates of both rooms. We can rip out, re-design and install bathroom suites in approximately 10-15 days. Kitchen’s can be gutted and re-fit in about the same amount of time depending on size and specification, meaning you won’t be left without facilities for too long.
Full Central Heating Systems
Our gas safe certified engineers, and multiple plumbers on our team can help resolve any Central Heating issues, or if a complete new system is required, no problem. Or if it’s Under Floor Heating you’re looking for, we can give you a great alternative to more traditional systems.
Electrical Installation
Our experienced and NAPIT & NICEIC registered Electricians can help with all your needs. Whether it’s a full rewire, a fuse board upgrade, or some garden lighting you’re after, we’ve got you covered. We will always provide inspection and testing as part of our service, and are up to date with current 18th Edition wiring regulations.
Plastering, Painting & Decorating
Internal & External finishes can be provided, whether it’s plastering, rendering, or painting & decorating. We can offer simple external render, or more advanced acrylic, silicone systems such as K-Rend. When it comes to the finishes, our team have such an eye for detail, and are perfectionists, giving you the perfect final touch to your home.
